The water distribution work of 15 important inter-provincial rivers and lakes in the Huaihe River Basin has been completed. Water allocation is an important measure to implement the rigid constraints of water resources.
The Nansi Lake Basin spans the four provinces of Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Shandong. It suffers from severe water shortages, complex water supply sources and water conditions. The water distribution share of each province under different water inflow conditions is clarified, and the water release volume under the main control sections is determined.
