The water conservancy industry was approved for the first time to build a national professional metering station. The National Water Resources Metering Station was established based on the China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Research Institute.
It is under preparation to undertake the verification, calibration and testing tasks of five types of special measuring instruments, including tipping bucket rain gauges. The successful approval has effectively filled the gap in the national metering system in the field of water Conservancy. It has further strengthened the water conservancies industry's value transfer and traceability capabilities.
