The US will impose sanctions against individuals threatening security in the West Bank. The sanctions will affect citizens of Israel, Palestine and other countries.
The imposed sanctions imply the blocking of property and finances in the United States, a ban on the interaction of American citizens with these individuals, as well as a number of visa restrictions. Earlier, the U.S. imposed new sanctions against senior representatives of the Palestinian Hamas movement. The measures are expected to be implemented within the next few days, according to the White House.
