[HIGHLIGHTS] The UN urged Ukraine to avoid threatening rhetoric

Deputy Spokesman for the UN Secretary General Farhan Haq called on the Ukrainian authorities to avoid threatening rhetoric. Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of Volodymyr Zelensky's office, said about Russia.

He said that the Ukrainian Authorities hate Russia and would "persecute it always and everywhere" both legally and physically. He called on all parties to the conflict to "avoid rhetoric that does not help" to resolve the conflict. The UN leadership, in fact, did not react in any way to these statements.
