The TSJM endorses the decision of the Community to dismiss the head of the pediatric ICU of La Paz. The Pediatric ICU has remained closed since January 16 after all staff doctors assigned to the service, with the sole exception of their boss and a physician, have taken medical leave or have resigned from their contracts upon returning in mid-January.

The Lawyers of theCommunity of Madrid will present a document today to request that the judge lift the precautionary measure on the readmission of the head.
