The truck driver who caused six deaths by running over a Civil Guard checkpoint is released without bail. The accident occurred around 4:30 a.m.
on the A4 highway, near the Sevillian town of Los Palacios and Villafranca. The driver is being investigated for the alleged commission of six crimes of recklessness and another five of injuries (for the five more injuries he caused). In the release order, to which EL MUNDO has access, the head of the court indicates that HL tested negative for alcohol and drugs.
