The teacher of a school in Ciudad Real is sentenced for smacking a four-year-old child. The minor suffered a bruise on his left cheekbone and a slight abrasion on his neck.
The magistrates also condemn the teacher to pay the mother 32.91 euros for each of the three days that the minor needed to heal. "I give all the teachers a 10," he stressed, while also having words of recognition for his lawyer, Nuria Úbeda.
