[HIGHLIGHTS] The Swedish Prison and Probation Service about the new jail: "Unable to communicate with each other"

There are now 44 places in a new detention center in Högland, Sweden. The new detention centre was built in response to a shortage of space in other parts of the country.

There are fears that the lack of space will make it difficult for people to communicate with each other in the detention center. The detention center is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year. It is the first of its kind in the country and will be used to house up to 100 people at a time.
