The Supreme Court summons to declare Puigdemont investigated for terrorism in the 'Tsunami case' Justice García Ortiz agrees that the prosecutor who does not see terrorism in Tsunami continues with the case despite leaving the National Court. The statements will be carried out through videoconference and that those investigated must attend accompanied by a lawyer.

To this end, the judge has issued a European Investigation Order (OEI) and/or International Rogatory Commission in criminal matters, through Eurojust.
