Boris Nadezhdin tried to challenge the Central Election Commission’s refusal to register him as a presidential candidate. “We will refuse to satisfy the claims,” said judge Oleg Nefedov, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

The Central Election. Commission cited the fact that the proportion of invalid signatures in support of. his candidacy was higher than acceptable. His reason may be the non-refund of people who donated to his presidential campaign.
