Four children and two adults injured after being stabbed in an attack in the French city of Annecy. French president, Emmanuel Macron, has arrived in Annecy, accompanied by his wife, Brigitte Macron, after having been in the hospital of Grenoble.

Two of the four are in serious condition, along with another 78-year-old man. At the moment, it is not known what motivated the attack on the Syrian refugee, who remains in police custody, a detainee said.
