The Xuchun Pharmacy in Gaobeidian City did not establish true and complete sales records. It was found that the pharmacy purchased and sold 9 kinds of medicines including paracetamol and tramadol tablets totaling 1,343 boxes (bottles) However, it failed to report the abnormal sales in time and stop drugs flowing into the illegal channels.
