The State Duma proposed canceling the duty for equipment transferred free of charge to the Northern Military District zone. This was stated by the head of the working group, Andrei Turchak.
Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that military products are being delivered to the special military operation zone in a timely manner. According to him, the effective work of the Ministry of Defense and enterprises of the military-industrial complex made it possible to significantly increase the production of weapons and ammunition in 2023.
