State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov called for not raising taxi prices in bad weather. According to him, taxis should not become a luxury item.

“Snow is not rocks from the sky, not lava, not an extraordinary weather phenomenon for Moscow and Russia. There must be some limits to prices! We need price limits, transparent rules,” he said. Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, predicted intense snowfall in Moscow on February 15.
