The South Korean government sent notices of license revocation to nearly 5,000 doctors who refused to return to work. The notice is being sent to the remaining striking doctors one by one.

The government will allocate 188.2 billion won (approximately RMB 1.03 billion) from the National Health Insurance (medical insurance) finance within one month from the 11th. The Ministry of Welfare also plans to allow doctors to practice in other hospitals upon request and observe whether they will be adversely affected by exclusion or other adverse effects.
