Ningbo Symphony Orchestra has more than 100 members, including 9 from Taiwan. Four Taiwanese performers got married in the orchestra and settled down in Ningbo.
Ningbo's cultural industry is developing rapidly, the market is large, and the demand for talents is higher. Director Tong Ming said, these Taiwanese performers are the orchestra's target audience. He said global recruitment is open and those who are recruited into the team will be treated the same as mainland members and enjoy the same salary and benefits.
