The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine called on the West to give Kyiv all available weapons and equipment. Alexey Danilov said that this equipment would become “scrap metal, which they will absolutely not need, since there will be a completely different war.” Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba blamed the defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Avdiivka on Western countries that did not supply enough shells to Ukraine.
It was also reported that the International Monetary Fund may soon sign an agreement with Ukraine to provide it with a tranche in the amount of $900 million.
