Kumri Safarova is the second wife of the father of Muhammadsobir Fayzov. She arrived in Russia from Tajikistan at the end of February.

She said that their last meeting took place when the accused was still a child. On March 25, the Basmanny Court in Moscow arrested those accused of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall until May 22. All four, Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni and Muhammadso bayzov, were placed in custody.
