The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has denied information about the verification of singer SHAMAN for LGBT propaganda. The police have no questions about either the performer of the hit “I am Russian” or his work.
LGBT organization is recognized as extremist, its activities are prohibited in Russia by decision of the Supreme Court of November 30, 2023. Previously, SHAMan was among those who were issued certificates of authorized representatives of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin. The singer’s real name is Yaroslav Dronov.
