The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has opened a hotline 8-800-775-17-17. At least 40 people died as a result of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, the Russian FSB reports.

More than 100 people were injured. Yandex Taxi service made all trips from the Crocus city hall area free for passengers. The area of the fire at the time of the attack is 12,900 square meters. RT is broadcasting live from the scene.
