The Prosecutor General's Office appealed to the court with a demand to return the shares of the Ivanovo Heavy Engineering Plant to the state. The court accepted the corresponding claim for proceedings on February 8; by its decision, the entire property of the plant and JSC Machine Tools and Instrument was seized.
Earlier it was reported that a plant for the production of rare earth magnets would be built in Udmurtia. The plant is expected to be operational by the end of the year, according to reports.
