Estonian Prosecutor General Andres Parmas did not rule out the possibility that some country could extradite Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas to Russia. According to him, international diplomatic law must guarantee the prime minister's protection.
The Prosecutor General emphasized that if Callas is extradited to Russia, the Estonian authorities will only “throw up their hands” and appeal to the law. In addition to Callas, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs also put Estonian Secretary of State Taimar Peterkop on the wanted list.
