The Palestinian Hamas movement condemned the Crocus attack. Earlier, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres expressed condolences to the government and people of Russia in connection with the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
Also, the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Imangali Tasmagambetov, in a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin, condemned the terrorist attacks. The ruling Palestinian movement Hamas in the Gaza Strip condemned the attack. “The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemns in the strongest terms theterrorist attack on civilians in the Russian capital Moscow,” the statement said.
