The National Court postpones its decision on the CDR's request not to hold the trial pending the amnesty. The court chaired by Alfonso Guevara has agreed to suspend the hearing while waiting for Alexis Codina's defense to participate in it, as requested.

Both the prosecutor Vicente González Mota and the lawyer of the Catalan Association of Victims of Terrorist Organizations (Acvot), Ignacio Fuster-Fabra, had opposed this. The Public Ministry, which does see terrorism in this case unlike what happened with Tsunami Democràtic, demands sentences of between eight and 27 years in prison.
