The Moscow Municipal Services Complex explained the video with a green flash. Residents of the capital's Yuzhnoye Butovo district and Podolsk near Moscow noticed the flash.
“The published videos show a short circuit in the cable, which was promptly repaired and did not in any way affect the energy supply to consumers,” says the official Telegram channel of the complex. The complex also called published reports about any incidents at a substation in the TiNAO untrue. The Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Moscow Region, in a conversation with RT, stated that they had not received any requests regarding this matter.
