The Ministry of Transport of the Belgorod Region called reports about the closure of a number of roads fake. Sergei Yevtushenko emphasized that residents of the region can move freely along all roads, traffic is open everywhere.
He urged citizens to trust only official sources of information. Earlier, the authorities of the Belgorod region announced that a number of electronic services of the regional government were attacked. The authorities of the government said that the attacks occurred because of the privilege to access their electronic services.
