The Ministry of Public Security announced 8 typical cases of crimes that destroyed black soil resources. In 7 of these cases, the organic matter content of illegally excavated black soil reached more than 30%.
The public security organs of Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang have carried out in-depth special operations such as "Kunlun" in accordance with the unified deployment of the Party Committee of the Ministry of public security. We will resolutely investigate and deal with the organizers, operators, and profiteers of illegal excavation of peat and black soil.
