The Ministry of Internal Affairs began an investigation due to a video camera in front of the Moscow Ministry of Defense building. A utility service employee contacted the police and said that a camera on a tripod and an antenna were found in the attic of the building.
The police seized the equipment. Currently, experts are studying what the video camera was used for and what footage was captured. Earlier, the Ministry of defense announced preparations for the location of the headquarters of theMoscow Military District in a historical building in Moscow.
