The logo of Ilya Krasilshchik’s media project “Support Service”* has “signs of similarity to the point of confusion” with the emblem of “Rusfond” This conclusion was made by patent lawyer Kirill Mityagin after analyzing brands at the request of RT. The editors previously drew attention to the similarities in the symbolism of the two organizations.
Rusfond itself confirmed the existence of the right to the trademark, but refused to comment on the situation.
