The judge orders the entry into prison of the owner of the dogs that killed a nurse in Zamora and the sacrifice of the animals. The court has argued the non-existence of any expert report that absolutely rules out that, if they are released again, they cannot commit a similar act again.

The dogs did not have insurance or control elements such as muzzles when they attacked the young woman who was killed on a busy public road, without any cause or provocation for it and without the shepherd being present or in the vicinity.
