The judge of the 'Koldo case' cites Juan Carlos Cueto, the alleged'mastermind' of the mask sales plot, as being investigated tomorrow. Cueto would have pocketed 9.6 million euros for the contracts awarded.
The Public Ministry places Cueto as the "person who really controls the Soluciones de Gestión company" Koldo faces a sentence of 55 years in prison if found guilty of the crime, which involved the sale of medical supplies during the pandemic.
