Rojas: Despite Russia's argumentative contortionism to justify the unjustifiable, its missiles once again arrived on time at the cities of Ukraine as punishment. The news of the day is not that Russia is punishing Ukrainian civilians, but that Ukrainian missiles have once again managed to hit (and knock out) two Russian warships.
