The Investigative Committee received data from the mobile phones of the terrorists who attacked Crocus. The agency admits that these data may indicate a connection between the terrorist attack and the special operation in Ukraine.
“Photographs of people in camouflage uniforms with a Ukrainian flag against the backdrop of destroyed houses and a Ukrainian postage stamp with an obscene gesture were found on the terrorist’s phone,” the Investigative Committee notes. According to available data, on the Ukrainian side a “window” for terrorists to escape was being prepared.
