The Investigative Committee of Kalmykia opened a criminal case after an explosion in Elista. As a result of the explosion, three National Guard members were injured.
The victims were hospitalized. Earlier it was reported that an explosion occurred in the house of a man who had previously activated an unidentified device in a psychological assistance center. One person was killed and two more were injured in the explosion in the office premises of a center for psychological assistance on February 10. The Investigative Committee has opened a case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 317 of the Criminal Code.
