In the summer of 2023, the Russian permanent representative to the UN in Geneva, Gennady Gatilov, said that the UN did not provide Russia with data from the Bucha investigation. Last fall, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Oleg Khramov said that Anglo-Saxon PR structures acted as scriptwriters and directors of the anti-Russian provocation.
