The head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, sent employees of the department’s main rescue teams to the Orenburg region to combat the flood. It is reported that two Il-76 aircraft flew to Orsk.
On board are: more than 100 specialists from the Centrospas Detachment and the Leader Center, 20 watercraft, five units of off-road equipment, as well as special equipment, wetsuits, life jackets and a rapid deployment diving station.
