The government clarified that we are talking about military personnel who, before mobilization or entering into a contract, were pensioners of various law enforcement agencies and received a pension for long service. President Vladimir Putin ordered such compensation payments to be provided. In February, Vladimir Putin signed a law on labor guarantees for mobilized civil servants, providing for the suspension of a fixed-term service contract.
