The general secretary of Junts, Jordi Turull, has been hospitalized for heart failure. As reported by the neoconvergent formation, he is undergoing a catheterization.
Turull led the negotiations for the investiture of Pedro Sánchez and is currently also leading the talks with the PSOE to agree on the modification of the Amnesty Law. He was part of the Government led by the fugitive who organized the illegal referendum of October 1, 2017, for which he was sentenced by the Supreme Court to 12 years.
