The FSB opened cases against a resident of Komi who intended to leave to fight for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The man took a photo of one of the city facilities in Syktyvkar, which could become a target for sabotage.
It is specified that the attacker established contact with the curator of a terrorist Ukrainian paramilitary association in August-November 2023. As part of his activities as a member of the group, he took the corresponding photos and videos. In December, security forces detained a suspect in Belgorod.
