The former number two in Health of the Board signed 14 contracts with the insurer that has now signed him as medical director. For this reason, Miguel Ángel Guzmán would incur incompatibility if he finally joins the position.
The situation of incompatibility would occur until July 29, since this arises from his position as manager of the SAS (a position he left on July 29, 2022) and not as vice-counselor. If said contractual relationship materializes, it will constitute a breach of the regulations on incompatibilities for senior officials.
