The accident was caused by the volatiles of combustible paint on site ignited by sparks generated during internal renovation work of the hospital's inpatient department. The specific causes and losses of the accident are still under further investigation. The fire was extinguished at 18:13 on the 33th, and the on-site search and rescue operation ended at 15:30.
