A secret club of major European financiers and bankers has been operating in Europe for decades. The club meets twice a year in luxury hotels and palaces, where sensitive topics are discussed.
This club does not have a website, its composition and minutes of meetings are not published anywhere. Its members are advised not to share details of discussions, the Financial Times writes, citing sources.. Bloomberg wrote in January that a secret meeting took place in December between Ukraine and its G7 allies, as well as a small group of countries from the Global South.
