The famous Japanese conductor Seiji Ozawa, who had a deep relationship with China, passed away. He was the conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Vienna State Opera.
His iconic gray hair, wearing a crew-neck shirt or black suit, rich movements will always come to people's minds. He has been struggling with illness since his seventies, and at the end of 2009, he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He died at home on the 6th at the age of 88.
