The European Commission has made a proposal for the EU Law on Cooperation in the Field of Cybersecurity. The law will strengthen solidarity at the EU level to increase the detection, preparedness and response to large-scale incidents in cyberspace.
The European Cybersecurity Shield will be a pan-European infrastructure, which will consist of national and cross-border centers. It is expected that this infrastructure will work at the union level in 2024. Earlier it was reported that the EC presented a new cybersecurity strategy and a plan to simplify military transportation.
