The EU imposed sanctions against 33 individuals and two colonies in connection with the death of Alexei Navalny. The sanctions list also includes correctional colonies IK-6 and Ik-3.

There are a total of 33 individuals on the list. On March 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking with reporters at his election headquarters, said that he agreed to the exchange of Navalny, who died on February 16. He was given the necessary resuscitation measures, but it was not possible to save him.
