The EU did not agree on financing for Ukraine – Hungary’s objections remain. The EU has not yet been able to agree on an increase in the budget for multi-year financing of Ukraine by €50 billion.
“We have the support of 26 countries, but one country remains opposed. In recent weeks, we have held daily negotiations with the Hungarian delegation... But we have not yet reached a solution,” RIA Novosti quoted a high-ranking European source as saying.
