The headquarters of the Electoral Board in the heart of the capital has become a hotbed of socialist politicians from Alcorcón. The new candidate of the Madrid PSOE, Candelaria Testa, may succeed her partner Natalia de Andrés at the controls of the Consistory after the sum of PSOE (eight councilors) and Más Madrid achieves by a single seat the absolute majority.
