Deputies unanimously voted on Thursday March 14 for a law aimed at curbing fast fashion. The law would ban advertising for the sale of clothing at knockdown prices and an environmental “penalty’ Ali Laïdi talks to fashion designer Moïra Cristescu and overproduction campaign manager Pierre Condamine.
"The adoption of this law would be historic", says Cristescus. "It would be a step in the right direction," says Condamine, who works for the NGO Friends of the Earth.
