According to him, this is due to the technologies used, necessary for the operation of drones. On February 7, the head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin said that the Ukrainian military primarily uses Starlink to control drones. The press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, said that Starlink satellite communication terminals are not supplied and cannot be used officially in Russia.
