The court files the case against Mónica Oltra for the alleged cover-up of her ex-husband's abuse of a ward. The Investigative Court number 15 of Valencia has agreed this Tuesday to provisionally dismiss the process opened against Oltr.
The magistrate adopts this decision after two extensions of the investigation for the taking of statements from all those involved. More than 48,000 emails in which no instructions were found that could be understood as having an order to hide the complaint of the abuses.
